PAYMENT AND POSTAGE
> Orders are normally posted within 3 business days of payment being received, but occasionally there may be a short delay due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control
> Any postage fees stated include postage, packing and handling costs
> Every order is packed with great care to ensure it arrives in one piece, but occasionally parts can be lost or damaged in transit
> We; the Seller, are NOT responsible for orders that are lost or damaged during shipping, UNLESS postal insurance is chosen and paid for by the Buyer when order is placed
> Most parts have a postage option available to include postal insurance - if in doubt, please contact us before placing your order
> If the Buyer wishes to Return part(s) due to being faulty, damaged or not as described - postage costs will be refunded.
> If the Buyer wishes to Return item(s) for refund due to wrong choice or impulse buy - postage costs are NOT refunded and there is a 20% restocking fee.
