Terms and Conditions
ORDER PAYMENT AND POSTAGE
> Payment must be completed within 3 business days of order being placed, unless organised otherwise in advance. If Payment is not received within 3 business days an Unpaid item case may be opened against the Buyer.
> We accept Bank Deposit and Paypal payments only
> NOTE: We do not offer a pick-up option
> Orders are normally posted within 3 business days of the buyers payment being received, but occasionally there may be a short delay due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control
> Any postage fees stated include postage, packing and handling costs
> Every order is packed with great care to ensure it arrives in one piece, but occasionally parts can be lost or damaged in transit
> We; the Seller, are NOT responsible for orders that are lost or damaged during shipping, UNLESS postal insurance is chosen and paid for by the Buyer when order is placed
> Most parts have a postage option available to include postal insurance - if in doubt, please contact us before placing your order
> We DO ACCEPT RETURNS within 30 days. Please contact us to arrange.
> If the buyer wishes to return products due to being faulty, damaged or not as described - postage costs will be refunded
> If the buyer wishes to return products for refund due to wrong choice or impulse buy - postage costs will NOT be refunded, plus there is a return fee of $5 per part. Products
For example: $29 item that costs $2 to post. ($29 - $2 postage - $5 return fee) Buyer will get a $22 refund once item is returned at BUYERS COST.
> Brand New products are covered by 12 months warranty; starting from the date when order was dispatched to customer (unless stated otherwise).
> Used, Refurbished and Reconditioned products are covered by 30 days warranty; starting from the date when order was dispatched to customer (unless stated otherwise).
> Warranty only covers defects that exist from the manufacturing process. Any use, modification, installation, tampering with the product will likely void any warranty.
THE FINE PRINT
> We; the Seller, are NOT responsible for any damages caused in any way; whether caused by misuse, incorrect installation, poor conditions, etc.
> We endeavour to have all of our part descriptions and photos accurately represent the part we are advertising as best as possible - but due to human error, differences in hardware/hardware configurations, there may be some deviation in colours shown and minor inaccuracies in descriptions
> As a buyer; by bidding and buying You declare that you have read, understand and agree to the above terms of sale
